The 'Abenteuerland' theatre team can breathe a sigh of relief: Joseph has finally been reunited with his brothers, and they don't have to wear large Egyptian hats. We've not heard anything from the Abenteuerland leadership yet, although that doesn't mean a lot, as we could well be asked to present a piece two days before. I've heard both positive and negative feedback from the series, especially the last episode. I'd be interested in hearing from readers who saw the presentations and has any thoughts.
Now we are on to the next 'Abendbrot' piece: This one deals with forgiveness and loving our enemies, a tough theme at the best of times. We've avoided an easy subject, and instead we're telling a story of a woman who was repeatedly abused by a family member, and how she deals with this -or doesn't: as is common with Xpresso, the end is left fairly open.
Meanwhile I'm currently working on the area youth celebration which happens on April the 18th, and for which we are supposed to be presenting a story...
