Philippine Oil spill update

Greenpeace Manila report that Petron (the company which chartered the sunken M/T Solar 1) is paying residents of affected areas 200 pesos (€3.04/£2.06) a day for help cleaning up, which puts my Internet licensing problems into perspective. No reports as yet on equipment.
