Pictures of "Status Symbols".

Finally, photos of the Christmas Eve piece: “Status Symbols” With Domi and Marcus… The piece has been well received within the church: when the scene ended, the congregation was fairly shocked, but the feedback we’ve had has been good. Our pastor was especially pleased, so we’re probably going to aim for more serious, in depth material, with fun bits in between to keep people from getting too depressed…

Some impressions of the evening. I took more pictures but the light wasn't on my side.

Paul (Markus, at left) and Meik (Domi, at right) argue about life, death and status
(And probably speculate why the photographer is leaning to one side)

Last Music rehearsal: Overall view of the church on Christmas Eve. It was a lot brighter than it seems here...

The ever-patient tech adjusting levels again... Hidden behind Ruprecht is his number 1 fan: Stephan.
Since Christmas we’ve been fairly relaxed. The next “Modern” service is on Jan 21st, but we all need a rest after the last frantic few months. Hopefully we will be house-sitting for a friend next week, which will be our first opportunity since we came to Kemnat to get away from work, the computer and everything else, at least for a little while. We will return looking bronzed and fit, and hopefully free of the colds which we’re all currently hosting…
