Yesterday afternoon I did my first ever English lesson (that's teaching, not learning in case anyone was wondering).
I’m working with a 10 year-old called Robin, who has just moved from a French/German international school, where English isn't taught, to the local Realschule, (Middle school) where all the other students have been learning English since they were six. Unsurprisingly this has not helped his confidence, so his mum and dad found an advert I'd placed and asked me to help.
It seems they like me and they want me to teach two hours a week.
