Thanks to two generous gifts this month we have finally been able to invest in a new computer. We wanted to do this for ages to take the pressure off our sorely abused miracle laptop, which has somehow managed to keep going for the last two years. Now the laptop can be placed into honourable retirement as the writing/travel computer, with a couple of programmes and as little on the hard drive as possible.
The new computer gives us the opportunity to take on a wider range of projects, which in turn means we can work with a wider range of people with different gifts, and reach a wider range of people with the message. In “Prof. Ohnelieb” we used a small amount of video, and it was really successful. Now we have a computer that can help us to do this and more. We can also work on the web page for the theatre team, do design work and perhaps even jazz up our newsletter a bit.
I would also like to draw your attention to the tidy desk.
