“Messiahgate”

A man, claiming to be the Messiah, is executed by the occupying power as an insurgent.

The occupying army guards his corpse at the request of the religious leaders.
3 days later the tomb is empty.

His followers claim the executed man rose from the dead.

The government is unable to stop the rumours and a scandal ensues. The media start speaking about “Messiahgate”.

In response to mounting demand the government sets up a commission to investigate. And to answer the question: “Who was this man?”
