Kirbe is here...almost
The street market is up and running outside our apartment and the final preparations are being finished off for “Baroness Isabella von Katzenberg’s evil and despicable plans for world domination”. Last night was the penultimate rehearsal, but we still have a few bugs to iron out, notably the time: dramas take longer earlier in rehearsals and then speed up as the cast gets used to it, the trick being hitting the right speed when it’s presented. The problem is that this process hasn’t had time to happen so we are still slow. We also have to integrate a couple of technical elements. On the other hand the team are dealing with this with the sort of professionalism that directors dream about, and we are making significant steps in some areas. Please pray for us all tomorrow night, for an attiude of worship as we work (even though it’s a pretty loony script) minimal technical problems or stress and that the team will love and respect each other through the difficulties…
I’ll let you know how it went on Monday…
