On Tuesday we had a meeting of the “Morgen(B)rot” team to plan the next few services, and we’ve decided to have drama in all of them, which is exciting. One is a service for the
Konfirmanden (all 14 yrs) and we’ve been allowed 10-15 minutes on that one. The subject is “What’s wrong with the world today?” The text for February is Peter being warned that he will disown Jesus, and our theme will be about hope when we make mistakes, primarily aimed at believers. Thanks again for your prayers in this. It’s a real help to have the themes two months in advance.
By the way, if you’re wondering what happens to material that doesn’t get performed
(like the piece written for last week), it isn’t wasted, but kept on file for future use (and possible publication one day). In the case of last weeks Drama a new church member has agreed to translate it, and the pastor who visited would like to see it presented in his church. It may yet be presented as part of the first team tour in the Summer…
